  1. ZACH WILSONQB, COLLEGE PLAYER The Athletic's Ted Nguyen said there's "more of a boom-or-bust factor" with BYU's Zach Wilson than he had expected before analyzing the prospect's game tape. Nguyen credited Wison for making reads quickly and delivering throws not many pro quarterbacks could make, but pointed out Wilson's poor footwork and overaggressive approach. Wilson's inconsistent footwork led to many off-target throws in his final season at BYU, even against weak competition. Nguyen said in the NFL, Wilson might not have the clean pocket he had through much of his 2020 season behind one of the nation's top offensive lines. He called Wilson a "project" and said the "team that drafts him will have to be patient and comfortable in its ability to develop him." A willingness to sit Wilson during his rookie campaign, Nguyen said, could aid his development as a passer. Whoever ends up taking a chance on Wilson likely won't be in position to give the QB a red-shirt season. NBC Sports Edge's Hayden Winks has Wilson going to the Jets with the second pick in the upcoming draft.
  2. I think they gave the key to buyer realtor and realtor gave the key to buyers... cause in his email to my realtor last night, he stated that he asked the buyers not to go in or begin moving in this weekend. Also, looks like we are allowed to charge buyer daily late fees for every day they are late after the closing date. Sounds like its a fail by the buyer for not being on top of loan company to make sure they got everything they need prior to closing.
  3. I don’t think I have a grace period?
  4. We went on closing today, sign everything, buyers signed everything. We smiled, chatted for a bit and were told we should see $$$ in next 2-3 hours in our account by attorney. 6 hours later I’m pulling Stewie and asking my realtor where’s my money? He reached out to attorney and the deal hit a snag because buyer loan company could not confirm his employment status... like wtf! How do you show up to closing with incomplete loan package and attorneys proceed to do closing anyways? So now we signed everything and loan company does not even know if the dude have a job? I told my wife that we are giving them 2 days to sort their poo out and of not we taking large due diligence/earnest money they gave us and putting house back for sale.
  5. Sounds like Buzbee might not have enough proof. Now he said Watson deleted all Instagram messages and tried to settle behind the scene. Watson lawyer says both are false. Watson did not delete a single message once lawsuit was filed. A new lawsuit against Deshaun Watson alleges the Houston quarterback has "unsent" Instagram messages to massage therapists he allegedly sexually assaulted. There are now 21 lawsuits filed against Watson for sexual misconduct against massage therapists, many of whom he contacted through Instagram. Attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents the women suing Watson, said Sunday night that Watson was deleting Instagram messages and contacting the women "who formally provided him massages, in an attempt to settle" those cases, ESPN reports. Watson, through his attorney, denied both allegations. "Like a lot of people, Deshaun regularly deletes past Instagram messages," said Rusty Hardin, Watson's lawyer. "That said, he has not deleted any messages since March 15th, the day before the first lawsuit was filed." Buzbee said in a Tuesday Instagram post that he "doesn't feel comfortable going to the Houston Police Department" with information, according to ESPN. Buzbee said he and his clients "will go elsewhere to provide our evidence to investigative authorities."
  6. Possums might be right... we’ll play dead at home and get killed on the road.
  7. In 2021 we should change name to Carolina raccoons cause we digging thru other team’s trash.
  8. Darnold. He had no chance behind that awful Jets OL. Wilson will have the same faith.
  9. Wilson will be the next Darnold behind that Jets offensive line. Jets need OL bad...
  10. We’ll be taking best players available. Either Parsons or Sewell if Fields or Lance not available.
  11. I prefer Jamie Newman and sit him for a year. Newman reminds of Cam... big, fast and physical and can swing 70 yards down the field with a flick.
  12. I still think Watson will end up in Carolina. It’s just delayed.
  13. After what happened yesterday, I honestly think we are all in on Watson still. Latest from the investigation is someone tried to extort money from Watson prior to filing the lawsuit and warned him he will get blackmailed if he does not pay up. He was warned his images would be ruined. Apparently Watson did have the encounters with the plaintiffs but it was all consensual. That’s why no criminal charges are brought up. Sounds like Watson has been getting special massages with happy endings from people specialized in it. What this will likely comedown to is he said, she said and they will reach a settlement in next few months. Watson might lose up to $30M if the case drags on so it’s beneficial for the case to end soon. Also... sounds like McNair knew that Watson has been getting happy endings massages and the suing attorney happened to be McNair friend/neighbor seems to me this is no coincidence.
  14. Hope he runs right past Charlotte
  15. Seems like a huge drop off in demand after $700k.
  16. And now his career is officially over BroadwaySportsMedia.com's John Glennon reports former Titans T Isaiah Wilson was arrested at gunpoint on January 7 following a high-speed police chase. A few days before the Titans played the Ravens in the Wild Card Round, Wilson was arrested at gunpoint and charged with myriad violations, including "fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer for a felony offense; speeding in a construction zone; reckless driving; marijuana possession of less than one ounce; possession and use of drug-related objects; and reckless conduct," according to Glennon. Wilson told a police officer “that he had past experiences with law enforcement recently and he was scared,” according to the police report. Wilson was released the next day on $7,000 bond. The Titans this month traded Wilson and a 2022 seventh round pick to Miami for a 2020 seventh round pick. He was subsequently waived by the Dolphins and went unclaimed on waivers. Wilson, the No. 29 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, is unlikely to play again in the NFL.
  17. I think we will run all schemes depending on opposition. We will have a very fast, athletic D. Look for us to mix it up between 4-3, 3-4, and 3-5.
  18. The Sex Panther: 60% of the time works every time
  19. So my realtor was referred to me like 15 years ago. I have been using the same realtor sense. Sold and bought many homes thru him. He did a good job keeping connection going even after I bought a new house.
  20. I sold my house on 1st day of coming soon. Way over asking with huge due diligence. I’m closing next week. I had 22 showings scheduled on 1st day.
