  1. “Days of our Watson” is getting more entertaining by the day. I’ve accepted he’s going to ATL or NO, so I’m just here for the shitshow
  2. He wouldn’t have done it if the Browns didn’t show him their ass. The “we want an adult at QB” comment is probably what did it. Browns doing Browns things a playoff win just last year and already imploding. I know the feeling…
  3. He survived Hue Jackson in Cleveland of all places and still had a great year in 2020. He was looking good this year until his injury. This guy is not Sam Darnold. I was a big fan of Baker’s in that draft and wanted him to go #1, and now he’s the only available one with the swag needed to give this boring ass team some juice
  4. I’d prefer just rolling with Sam and taking the blow. We made our bed. Gotta lie in it now. Draft a QB next year and worry about protection for him this year. Profit.
  5. They’d probably take what we gave for Sam Darnold + a player. They seem done with him. Maybe we’ll send Ian Thomas away
  6. Someone else was claiming the same thing, that they’re similar QBs. No the hell they aren’t lol. If we can’t get Watson I’d be okay with getting Mayfield if it’s nothing crazy to acquire him. He’s at least been good, unlike Darnold
  7. Exactly. He’s not a world beater but his hands are like glue, exactly what a team needs in their WR 4/5. He should’ve gotten a lot more snaps, especially with Robby dropping so many balls
  8. Sam Darnold threw 26 TDs and 8 picks in a season? People are too harsh on Baker. Coaches should’ve shut him down when it was clear the injury was hampering him. Sounds familiar…
  9. So true. People have been saying for years the Saints will hit cap hell… at some point. When Brees signed the first $20M/year deal it was seen as ridiculous and that they’d be in cap hell soon. This was 10 years ago. Cap doesn’t exist for Loomis. You can make the numbers do almost anything you want. He was an accountant, I believe, before his Saints gig and that has paid dividends.
  10. Alright, buddy. Ryan Kalil never won us games but our OL has lost us games. I’d rather take a tackle at 6, but if our favorites are gone and no one wants to trade down, then what? CB because of value? Another DT? Don’t think any Colts fans would complain about spending #6 on Quenton Nelson
  11. People get way too caught up in this “is it worth 6th overall” mindset. Certain positions sure, like RB due to the short shelf life. But you’re saying you wouldn’t draft a guy at #6 who you knew would be a top 5 center for 10+ years because he’s a center? It doesn’t matter who you pick, you can get a Morris Claiborne or a Jalen Ramsey. Give me the stalwart at his position, doesn’t matter who it is. Take the best OL at #6 or trade down if our favorites are all gone. Hoping for Ekwonu or Cross but I’ll take anything right now
  12. I’m sure some desperate team will sign him to start in 2023. And um, what are the Jags doing? Christian Kirk? Davante Adams is salivating right now
  13. Howie “Genie” Roseman out here granting wishes, Reddick wanted $15M and got it. Well deserved my man
  14. We’ve pretty much been his last choice all along. No idea why now he might waive it for us, there are a lot of better teams that are interested
  15. If Taysom sucks at throwing, Troy will let us know. That’s my favorite thing about him; he hates watching shitty football as much as the rest of us. But yeah he might be sucking Taysom off for his running abilities
  16. I love this. Joe and Troy are one of my favorites, they’re so dry and when the game sucks they’ll let you know. Plus, we can see Troy’s eyes get redder as the night goes on. You know he’s having a good time
  17. I really supported him (I definitely support his message), but Kaepernick the man lost my respect when he said he didn’t even vote in 2016 after all the kneeling and awareness he was trying to bring. Just vote, bro. Jeez
  18. It’s that time of year! Every player is somehow in the best shape of their life, I’m assuming he’s redone his mechanics as well? Nothing but tropes and a guy running around by himself on a field lol. Kaepernick was bad when he last played and has been out of the league for years. I’d have nothing against signing him if our team was in this position in 2017, but not nowadays. He’s been out for too long
  19. With this staff, no. He looked pretty competent with only occasional signs of old Jameis when he played this year, but we have no Payton on the staff. Stick with Darnold if that’s the alternative
  20. “Hey, Mr. Musk? How much would it take to buy SpaceX? Mom increased my allowance this week” you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take though, so at least they’re trying
  21. Someone will likely give him good money. He’s a good pass rusher and those are valuable. Not so much against the run, but ehh we aren’t all perfect. If he took a cheap deal here for some inexplicable reason I’d love to have him back, the whole team would. But that ain’t happening… so go get your money my guy!
  22. It’s almost become a parody. Has “X” person even involved with Temple or Baylor? Come on down for big money with Carolina!
