Loving the Panthers is like crapping at an interstate Exxon
PandaMan replied to SCP's topic in Carolina Panthers
Got goosebumps. I’m gonna re-read this during my morning ritual dump tomorrow just out of respect -
I have my hopes set on Star. He’s not what he used to be but he’d go a long way in helping our line and run defense
-
Damn. I remember Mayock calling him a plug and play RT after he was drafted
-
Joey Slye is always good for a missed extra point when he plays against the Panthers. Love having him not on the team
-
Where’s Sanjay? 6 TE sets I don’t care what the rules say
-
He also tried to convert Sione Fua to OL after he bombed at DT. He loved his failed projects, that’s for sure

Panthers trade for wide receiver Laviska Shenault

Then proceeds to list 6 WRs after saying 5. This dude, how does he still have a job. I love TMJ’s potential but the guy has done nothing but ride the bike and be invisible during games since he’s been here. The best ability is availability. -
Matt Rhule gets caught making passionate love to his wife “LMAO Rhule pumps like a chump and what is he doing with his tongue down there??” Rhule should’ve been fired imo and he’s a clown until results prove otherwise, but the hate for literally everything he does is so over the top. He could find a cure for cancer and some people would bash him for not thinking about big pharma profits

2015 NFC Championship. The snow storm a couple days prior left cheap tickets for sale, then we all know how the rest went. Everyone was chanting “SUPER BOWL” walking out afterwards, damn it was so hype

Albert Breer's Five Observations from Panthers Camp
PandaMan replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Most definitely. Seeing how great Jaycee and CJ have looked, plus what’s being said about Xavier Woods helping with communication, THEN Steve Wilks back on top of it. Feels weird being a Panthers fan with a potentially elite secondary after years of bargain bin shopping for DBs. I’m stoked man -
Albert Breer's Five Observations from Panthers Camp

CJ looked miserable when he came here in that first interview, I’m really glad he’s turning the corner. Urban Meyer almost ruined the poor guy. this team has potential to be good. We have some fight in us. Biggest concern imo is the defensive line. If they can perform well enough, we can make some noise granted we manage to stay healthy -
Star made such a huge impact in fixing our pathetic run D from 2012 to 2013. I’m fine with drafting a 1st round DT, we’ve just picked some poor ones lately. Hoping Derrick Brown gets his poo together

Panthers "Starting Center" Bozeman Injury Not Considered Serious
PandaMan replied to TheCasillas's topic in Carolina Panthers
I like him because he seemed to have an axe to grind with Washington pre-game last weekend. Kept bringing up how empty their stadium was and it made me joyous -
Hanlon’s razor says never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity. Rhule showed last season he doesn’t know how to manage positions and reps (Brady Christensen). I think Rhule is just that ignorant
-
Indeed he did, idk where security was at but he had solid form. I was pretty hammered myself so thankfully I didn’t feel much

I was at a panthers game a few years back (in Charlotte, mind you) and I was in line for a beer. I complimented the woman’s hat in front of me, it was a cool Panthers beanie I hadn’t seen before. Her drunk af boyfriend literally tackled me to the ground because he saw I was talking to his girl. She was super embarrassed and they left. Only bad experience I’ve had, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Or maybe that was just the blood
-
I read some speculation it may be about his mom. She had cancer a few years ago, but the strange timing and duration of the absence makes me think family-related
-
Cam getting hurt definitely didn’t help, but Ron’s nepotism was big in his undoing imo. Constantly hiring friends and promoting from within when it was clear they weren’t ready. I still have nightmares of Eric Washington’s defenses and Richard Rodgers’ squads constantly flopping
-
Rivera needed to go. Sometimes messages become stale and a change of scenery is necessary. Getting rid of Ron wasn’t the problem, we just replaced him with a trash heap
-
Corral out here juggling and Sam Darnold can’t catch the football he just threw down

Why Fitterer is ‘the man’ look at the value signing of DJ Moore
PandaMan replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Poor DJ. I love the connection he and Baker seem to be growing. Even Robbie is making plays. After Christian Kirk robbed Shad Khan blind, we really got DJ for a damn good deal. Tight ends are probably going to explode next. Guys like Kelce at 14.3M a year are worth so much more than they’re getting compared to some of these WR contracts -
“When asked how he bulked up so rapidly, Matt Corral pulled up his sleeve to show a tattoo of Kelvin Benjamin eating Golden Corral mac and cheese on his wrist. ‘I’ll let you interpret that however you want,’ Corral said.”
