Third week in a row I'm saying it: The team needs to ditch Reich now and let Brown take over the offense, and I can't really judge Bryce until that happens. Every week we let Reich control things is a week lost

are you serious right now? You are bringing up his playing career? If Reich is micromanaging his rookie QB then he is absolutely worse than Rhule, I don't care about his past. Bryce is an playmaking instinctive QB, not a guy you tell exactly who to throw to every play. They should have selected Stroud if they wanted that type of QB.

Bryce has looked good thus far up tempo. Reich continues to want to slow it down and use full playclock down 3 touchdowns.

This isn't Johnny Manziel or Sam Darnold in college playing in a system - Bryce was an instinctive playmaker and thrower at Alabama, but it really does seem he's being controlled/micromanaged by Reich. And with all the hints from players and interviews and such, I believe that is the case. I think Reich is a horrendous coach and worse than Rhule, who at least deferred the offense and defense and didn't try to micromanage in game.

No? Bryce has tools. He is just overthinking and not adjusting to the offensive line problems yet. I'd much rather take a chance on Bryce reaching his potential than settle for Murray.

Burns could possibly net Adams or Kupp considering where those teams are and how badly they need an edge rusher, and would definitely net Metcalf, Pickens, Jeudy, Higgins, or McLaurin. I would do it, I'm just so sick of the offense and I'd trust Evero to compensate the loss of Burns

I'm telling you guys, its Reich. He's too controlling and as soon as they can him and promote Evero, the Panthers will be playing hard and fast.

What sticks out to me - when Bryce plays hurry up, or plays with urgency, he is good. No idea why he and/or Reich are taking the play clock all the way down to 0. The other team just jumps and then it ends with a sack. My guess is its Reich, he is very old school. Just a disaster of a hire.

No matter what Bryce is doing at QB, the tone, body language, urgency to win, etc. is all terrible, you have to get rid of the coach. Players don't want an old white guy preaching Jesus to them, they want a football coach. Tepper can salvage this by letting Frank go now and promoting Evero, who should have been the guy in the first place

WHY ARE WE SNAPPING THE BALL ON 01

There should be no reason we are snapping at 0 on the play clock most snaps. I don't know if this is on Bryce or the coaching staff, but they are jumping everytime when they see its 01 on the clock

Bryce needs to do more quick snaps and get in tempo

Bryce has always excelled at playing fast. Maybe that's what he needs to do, play instinctively
