I don't wanna give it a click, what does it say so that I can laugh about how horrible it is.
-
Except it doesn't fix anything because the Teppers are running everything and have their hand in every decision that gets made football wise.
-
What does one of the longest times to pass vs rookie qb giving up a ton of sacks = A young rookie qb that can't slide his protection because he can't read the front seven of a defense to give himself protection. He didn't need that skill much at Alabama but does in the NFL, we can hope he learns but that's not likely based in nfl history.

If you keep Lamelo then you need 3 and d pieces around him. Lamelo / ???? Miller / Nick Smith Jr Bridges / Black ??? / Washington Williams / Richards That should be a playoff team in the east, or am I crazy. Lol
-
Quite a lot actually.

If I know and the most I've done is highschool oline play, then the team had to know... Right?

Albert Breer: both Reich and Fitterer back in ‘24
carpanfan96 replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
He's probably right though. Owner knows where the screw up happened. Has to own that and give them time to rebuild the offense. -
They didn't get players to fit with Bryce because Bryce wasn't the qb the staff wanted. Don't care how much pr mumbo jumbo the team throws out. It's clear as day that this team wasn't built for young
-
Lamelo has turned it on the last 4 games, nice that he's turned it around. Hopefully Miller isn't seriously injured
-
Most are in their 3rd year with the team, don't think they are from Temple or Baylor though. Quite a few had previous professional experience
-
There's been a ton of turnover in the scouting department since Tepper bought the team. When Rhule was hired they let go a ton from scouting
-
The excuse is David Tepper. Lol
-
I can answer the 3-4 question, that's 100% because of Tepper. He's wanted the team to run it since he bought it because the Steelers. Seriously that's it.
-
The run blocking scheme doesn't fit the oline. The passing style doesn't fit the offense, it's built for power run and play action passing for deep chunk plays. Not some horizontal stretch the field sideline to sideline dink and dunk west coast zone read offense. So is that the qb the coaching staff planned for didn't get picked or just the coaching staff is all together a bunch of idiots.

Please let him get hired by the Panthers. Praying right now for it.

Pickles was so bad that it was legit form of punishment to go watch games with him as the quarterback. I remember the rain soaked falcons game that he started. Yeesh was it bad.
-
He's 100% hands on in everything he does, said as much when he bought the team. It's evident in the decision making process the team has had since he took over. Yea.....
-
Doesn't matter if he hires the right coach and gm if he and his wife remain insistent on being at the head of the table making football decisions.
-
Even if Beane was the GM and Andy Reid was the coach, Tepper and his wife would still put themselves at the table making football decisions. We will literally be horrible til he removes himself from the equation and he can't do that because he's hands on 100% in everything he does. So we stuck like Chuck til he sells the team in 20-25 years
-
Reich built the offense for the qb he wanted which wasn't Bryce.

Evidence of Tepper meddling in football operations?
carpanfan96 replied to TeppersEgos's topic in Carolina Panthers
Its 100% true and he's involved on every single decision and every player signing and draft pick and has been since day 1. His wife also has say in decisions as well. There's like 6 voices in the decision making process for football decisions. Tepper. His wife, Reich, fitt, Morgan are at that table. There's plenty of smoke and plenty of times he's actually talked about it openly that he is a factor in the team process.
