I want this I want that I want this I want that Matt says. Operations staff is on the brunt of it saying “ok Matt but we have to do bids and such” What?!?! Matt says then he starts putting his input on how things operate in the building. It was the little things, he doesn’t understand that he’s the coach not the face of the panthers. There so many little things that he did that he and his staff were use to in Waco. It’s why FC has faired better than the panthers. College vs professional decorum.
