That was actually a nice series by the defense. Fake fg? I haven't seen one of those in a while. Maybe we make the final score respectable. lol

There is no doubt that our communication between qb's and receivers is bad. We saw that last week on one of Dalton's int's. That might be on the coaching staff.

Two fantastic catches by Coker. I hope we can keep him at least. Young, not so much.

Caleb Williams having a rough day. The Bears look worse than we did against the Washington Defense. Of course, the Bears defense is significantly better than ours, so the score is much closer.

Yeah, I hope we can keep Coker. He made one of the better grabs this season.

Hubbard is certainly ok, and Brooks might be. We actually aren't bad (when healthy) at WR, but I guess Thielen and Johnson might be gone. XL could be good, and Coker I think is ok. We desperately need a tight end and better qb play though. Defensively, I agree. We need major talent upgrades.

Might be right, but I do think that was a blown coverage by the Broncos defense. We haven't had many opportunities like that. Fwiw, I don't think Canales is telling Bryce not to throw it long, I think he is deciding to throw it short much of the time.

I will say that Bryce made a nice throw to Leggette that XL dropped. Guess it was in the sun or something.

I like Cam, but I don't know if he will be a great NFL qb. That being said, we don't actually know who is and who is not a great qb until they get in the NFL. Trevor Lawrence was considered a great qb when drafted, but he is maybe slightly above average. Patrick Mahomes was not called a generational qb when he was drafted, but he is.

You are assuming Canales is making a choice to not let him throw downfield. I think its more likely that Bryce takes the short throw many times when he has the option to throw it long.

Team needs help in a lot of areas, and qb is one of them.
