Agree 100%. And even with loads of talent, all coaches make some questionable calls.

Not counting the three in OT, I thought Chuba had about the perfect number of carries (25). At some point, he needs more help from the rest of the offense (passing and another running back).

So if it happens, then does that mean Andy Reid might be on the chopping block.

Tanking is silly. It never works. But given that its impossible to predict who will actually be a franchise qb, and who will not, if we are in a position and the team feels that a qb is worth a shot, I don't mind. Virtually everyone thought that Trevor Lawrence was not only a franchise qb, but a generational talent (he is not), while Patrick Mahomes was thought to be a guy who might turn into something, I have zero trust in any predictions about whether a qb will be a good NFL qb.

Sure you can. Start of this season, we were the worst team in the NFL, by far. Now we are beating teams. Not by much, and they are bad, but its something. They say that to be the best, you have to beat the best. But its also true that to turn a team around, you have to start by winning games against bad teams. And this is a start. Nothing more, nothing less.

We play our best defensive game of the year and someone starts this silly thread.

No doubt. I used Luke because his work ethic is well known. But the same is true for almost any NFL player. I was listening to one NFL veteran (whose name escapes me) and he was talking about playing the last game of the season on a team that wasn't going to the playoffs. He talked about how virtually everyone spent the pregame talking about what they were going to do in the offseason, vacations, hunting, fishing, clubbing etc... No one talked about hitting the film room.

I think Bryce will no longer be the starter after this season. I mean I would love it if he becomes a great Panther qb, but I also would love to win the lottery. Don't think either is going to happen.

Luke Kuechly had a great work ethic, but he still would take some time to decompress after the season, go hunting, fishing, hanging out with family. THEY ALL DO IT. People are making to big a deal out of the netflix thing. Its silly to think the season ends and he should be back in the film room the next day.

I don't know what he does in that regard. None of us do. All I know if he doesn't have the ability, his work ethic doesn't matter.

Bengals made some mistakes in that game.. 3rd and 2 and they throw it deep twice? Dropped a interception. Refs also missed a couple of obvious penalties at the end.

Most here think his problem is size and arm strength. You disagree with that assessment?

No doubt they have looked better than us most of the season. And we have had some horrible games. But I do think the defense has looked a little better the last couple of weeks. Not great, but not getting trounced by 50 points bad. Hopefully, it's not just an illusion

They have a decent defense, but the worst offense in the league. That bodes well for us to at least have a shot.

It would be a shocking move if we had traded Young.

Thielen would be more expensive cap wise, so its not that amazing.
