Jordan Love had an odd game. Only threw 17 passes, but completed 13 of them for 260 yards. That is a pretty good ypc average.

It will be incredibly ironic and a little depressing if Bo Nix turns out to be the best qb in the draft. He is lighting up Atlanta.

Pretty good half for Allen. 170 yards and 17 points against one of the best defenses in the NFL.

Yeah, but onside kicks are rarely successful and you give up some field position. With no timeouts and a good defense, that could be critical.

Bad mistake by Fields. Could have ended the game.

I wouldn't. The Ravens have three timeouts I think. Better to kick, try to stop them and get the ball back and try for a fg.

That was a horrible catch or lack there of by Flowers.

Detroit had nearly 600 yards of offense against the Jaguars.

Use him like the Saints use Taysom Hill.

They also appear to be pretty bad at drafting.

I was watching some show the other day, and Deion did say he would control where his son went. So I don't think it was invented. Whether Deion can actually control is another thing. But I think where he goes will become a crapfest simply because of all the media attention he will get. These young guys have enough pressure on them without the additional pressure that the media attention Deion generates. With that additional attention, the odds of becoming a successful NFL qback drop even more.

So he is terrible with money.

Rhule was a defensive head coach. He got very defensive whenever criticized.

Any organization that drafts him is likely be become the crapfest. I hope and pray he goes to the Cowboys or Saints.

Let me caveat this by saying I don't think BY is the guy we want. That being said, if he does become that guy, it won't be flipping a switch. It will be gradual improvement (albeit with some setbacks) over the next few months and probably well into next year. And its going to require better play on the part of the guys catching the balls. The receivers (especially Legette) need to do a better job hanging on to the ball when he does make a good throw.

The constant changing of coaching staffs probably didn't help much.

I agree, you take the entire group and tailor the style to that groups talents. But if we couldn't figure out a way to use him, probably should have traded much earlier.

When it comes to picking personnel, I do believe that coaches should approach it one of two ways. Either build a system/style based on the abilities of your players, or get players that match the system you want to build. Our coaching staffs for the last 6 years followed neither pattern, especially with a guy like Chinn. Talented player who needed to be in a certain style of defense, and our multiple staffs couldn't adapt.

Got to admit I didn't think the 2015 line was that great. It was good and the tackles were very good. But the DE's were certainly not on par with Rucker/Peppers. The strength of that defense were the linebackers and secondary.

Well, that should do it. I do wonder if Daniels is still hurting. His passes have not looked sharp at all.
