    Good coaching can mask player’s deficiencies. Bad coaching makes great players look average and average players look terrible. We have players on our roster that couldn’t sniff a practice squad on other teams. And our coaching is on a mission to prove it.

    I figured there would be a big fuss about the OC only to be left wondering who tf this guy is and where he came from.

    It’s a good argument. Someone will jump at the chance. That’s a guarantee. The good ones get the offers they want. This job at this time can’t be high on anyones list.

    I do NOT want to hear about Tepper’s “good reasons”. This is not a smart way to run a franchise. He screwed the pooch and now we get to savor the flavor another calendar year.
