Would trade for Minshew and do it without thinking twice. There isn't a QB in the league that would have won games with the Jaguars last year. That team wanted to lose and there wasn't a damn thing anyone could do that was going to prevent that from happening. He is better than what we have now and costs as close to nothing as a QB can cost. I would rather have Minshew than reach for the 4th or 5th best QB in the draft at 8.
