Would be nice to have a WR at 33 or 39 be somewhat of a luxury pick.

Pretty much all of that. I really don't like the way the team was left after last year. Just didn't seem like a complete team. We just weren't built right. I think that the team is looking a lot like it should have had we been run well. Yeah, QB is still a question mark, but there's lots of teams who are in the same boat we are. That's not abnormal and it's something that we just have to have patience with while they see if last year was an aberration or he's really just that bad and we simply just can't give him an honest eval after last year just because of how bad the whole situation is. (yeah you don't agree with me and i'm a moron for not seeing it like you do in your expert opinion - oh well) aside from BY, i think we're just now starting to look lie a team should look heading into the draft were it run well. if we can get clowney i would feel pretty good about the pass rush. not great, but it just wouldn't be the glaring hole we had. i see him as an upgrade to burns, tbh. CB is still an issue. Gilmore is out there but he probably wants nothing else to do with us. Not sure about that Steven Nelson cat. seems to bounce around a bit. could be we have to wait till the draft for that.

Brycs's dad picks between Keon, Ladd, AD & X

That's a sad, unfortunate truth. -

Same here. I like him. I hope he can be everything we hoped he would be when we drafted him. I think we also will see a significant improvement in him. The biggest thing is I hope he's the guy just so we don't have to worry about that anymore. I really don't want to start the whole damn search over again. -
I kind of like this one. Could be three starters right out of the gate with those first three... possibly 4 if we don't get Clowney or Young. Started thinking also about continuing to to beef up that OL. Got a good swing tackle and another solid OG, both show a lot of versatility.

He shouldn't care. We're all anonymous idiots who think we know more than we do with opinions and a platform. -
Lol I don't think he cares. Nothing he has said or done makes me think he cares about his reputation as long as he can get attention for being a contrarion. He's just an idiot. I thought Face was dumb, but Rodgers just seems to think that is just something else to try and one up him on. Both were good QBs. Both are morons who will spend the rest of their lives proving that you can always get dumber.

Who, AR or RFKjr? Answer will still be the same.... Yes.

Lol at people getting their balls all notted up over someone, who just happens to be the dad of one of our players, voting on a public poll open to everyone. Seriously y'all got some issues. Just to piss y'all off I hope that Bryce does just enough to stick around if for nothing less than to hear y'all bitch all the time and see just how more lame y'alls childish insults get calling him poo like Gerber. Sound like you never left middle school. -
I hope they fall in their face and blow every pick.

You don't seem to understand. The only option we have is to choose to absolutely hate on Bryce (saying that there's no way he could be anything but a bust) and his family for raising a bust and having the absolute NERVE to be proud of him. It's either that or be labeled an idiot, because no one but an idiot would see anything but Bryce being a failure. If we're unhappy about something.... -
I want so much to blast the jets and the broncos and browns, but it's hard knowing how poorly we've done the past half dozen years. But yeah, they seem to be working hard at accomplishing little more than spinning around.

Rodgers won't make it past the summer without retiring and becoming rfkjr's running mate

I think we spent money where we needed it most. The TE talent that was available wasn't enough to make us deviate from what we did. It won't take much to improve on what we have at TE, but that money was better spent elsewhere.

Do we want to trade any more picks to the bears for what most believe is a bad QB? Seriously, think about this. Just how low do you want to go? Think of the optics on the Burns fiasco. Then multiply that by 10,890. We sell the farm so we can trade for BY then give them a other pick for the QB they wanted nothing to do with. Yowzers

Debatable whether or not Williams at this point is more than marginally better, mainly because they both have some post injury baggage, Williams coming of a much more recent injury, the same injury, gives more pause for concern. But I'm not going to debate that....I'd be fine with him too. Both carry s risk. Both would be worth it. Both would give us tough targets we didn't have before. But the way you talk, picking up Gallup or Williams would exclude us picking up a WR or maybe even two on draft day. It won't. The inclusion of either of those guys, just like all the other additions, raise our bottom line of talent across the board. For a talent deprived team, that's a good thing... getting more talent in here than what was here before.

Lol when you have a below average receiver corps, isn't adding average WRs trending in the right direction? Abd what bums are we adding? Third question, do you think that this the end of the work to make us better? We still have the draft where we can get a stud. And Gallup, before in his injury was not average. The guy was tough. High teaching guy who fought for the ball and won and could top toe on the line like few others. True, he's not looked like himself the past year since the injury, but there have been flashes of it. If it's for a reasonable amount, low risk investment, wouldn't it be worth it to give him a fresh start to see if he can regain what he has before? And even if he doesn't, he gives us a higher floor than we had before, makes it easier for the QB, and gives defenses more of a reason to respect our passing game. Basically he's not a stud but he would make the team better. That's what this off-season is all about. Digging ourselves out of the hole we'd gotten dug into.

Guards were the bigger deal for us by far. And the talent at TE just wasn't there. We went the right direction. TEs that got gobbled up we're overpaid.
-
Yeah I hate we missed out on that action.

I think part of my hesitation in getting him is that I just want to stay away from that family. His mom just seems weird. She wants her kids in the West Coast and I think they're a family of momma's boys. Also, I think it would be really weird for us to go after him, like we can't move on from the past. The whole thought just makes me uncomfortable. There's just too many other good choices available that I'd rather get without the weird baggage.

This wasn't a very good TE FA class. Better to spend resources on better players at other positions than just to grab a joe and throw him in because we have a hole. If we don't upgrade in FA, but we keep building like we are, we're likely to get a better TE in the draft than we would have had we settled for meh talent in FA. The way we improved so many other positions makes this not a huge concern for me.
-
Sure why not? Especially if reasonably priced. Makes for an even better WR room. If we're not careful we'll look like we've got an actual pro team. Adding him and clowney would make us look like the team we should have been if we hadn't been so dumb for so long. Then we can walk into the draft and actually go BPA.
