Does anybody think Melissa McCarthy is funny?

Most everyone in here gets paid 100x less than she does and they do the same thing everyday

when she 1st came on the scene she was great but now its like every movie/ SNL she plays the same character so now I'm bored with her.

I like her. She's kinda one dimensional and typecast, but I still think she's hilarious.

Never seen a second of her TV show, but loved her in Bridesmaids, Identity Thief, SNL, etc...

I laugh my ass off every time the Tammy commercial comes on, and told my wife that I want to see that one.

I've laughed at what I've seen her in (Bridesmaids, Identity Thief, The Heat).

 

But she does seem to be playing the same stereotype at this point. She certainly isn't the only one in Hollywood doing that though.

She may just need time... Sandler started out with a couple of "same-role" movies before he could branch out into more serious roles and other aspects of his comedy too. Time will tell.
