I like Vonleh and I think he'll be a good player. B+

I'd prefer Napier over Hairston as I think he is a better player. I was upset to see us assist the Heat big time into getting their guy that might help them bring the best player in the league back to them. However we got a high potential player still, Semaj Christian and a future pick so it gets a B-

I love the fact we traded Haywood's contract. A

I would have voted A, but I am more A+ than A- so that was my vote.  Both picks are exactly who I would have taken and we got two second round picks from Miami basically for free.  Then in the 2nd we used the pick to free cap space.  All of this is good.

    • The one thing you can't do in that situation is sail the ball through the back of the endzone 20 feet above the ground. That's a guaranteed fail. Taking a sack trying to scramble around is considered the cardinal sin there but at least you're TRYING to do SOMETHING. Throwing the ball away in that situation is just unthinkable.
    • Unfortunately there’s a clip out there circulating of XL giving about 5% effort on a critical down and distance when run blocking. Let’s his man blow right past him, largely untouched, to make a TFL in the backfield. Gotta wonder if our staff even serves up ass-chewings in the film room for plays like that. High school players would get benched for the effort he showed on that play. For a 230lb WR he sure does play scared.
