Even with the muff I still feel better about him as a player now than I did before the game started.  And RR is right that we did far too many things wrong all night to blame the loss on any one play, even one like that.

He fuged up one play, and had an awesome performance otherwise. He'll be fine. He didn't cost us the game. He was responsible for almost 70 yards of offense. He did his part, and had a bad break at the end, but that shouldn't negate the rest. The defense over pursued, got lost in traffic and Luke specifically got handled. I'm happy it was in game three vs. an opponent outside of our conference, rather than at the end of the season. I have no doubt the team will set things right. Luke is probably in the film room right now trying to figure out how to never let that happen again, and you'd better believe Philly Brown will never forget this game either.

He made a mistake. A mistake at the wrong time but he will learn from it. I am rooting for this guy. I like the looks he got at WR last night. I really did like how Cam was going up to him encouraging him. This is a team loss, not an individual one.
