This past 4 weeks has seen some of the oddest wins, blowouts, and matchups. Teams that weren't suppose to win are, teams that are suppose to go to the super bowl are loosing, and every division is open. I'm not worried about the panthers yet because so far this season nothing makes sense. Who would have thought TB would kill the steelers after they tore us up, or the saints, patriots, and 49ers are sucking.

Didn't get to see the Pats/Chiefs game...and haven't really seen any other blowouts except for ours the last two weeks and the Saints/Cowboys. 

 

 Did the loser of the other blowouts of the last 3 weeks,  have the refs effortlessly helping the other team move up and down the field,  with flag after flag?

NYG 45 - 14 WAS

CAR 10 - 38 BAL

GB 38 - 17 CHI

TEN 17 - 41 IND

MIA 38 - 14 OAK

NO 17 - 38 DAL

NE 14 - 41 KC

This all results from teams being not allowed to practice hard like they want to anymore because of the new rules. Not to mention all the holding calls on defense that extends drives. The watering down of the NFL is complete. Congratulations Goodell, I'm surprised you even have a job still.

Oh yeah.   I know there has been a lot.  I just have not personally watched those games.       With the large amount of blowouts happening this season..  I'm wondering how many of them have had help from the refs enforcing tighter rules.

 

We had close to , if not over,  300 yards in penalties over the last two weeks.    That many flags,  and that many Defensive/offense PI calls,  can lead to blowouts.

      Btw... only Mitch fugging Marner has a better +/- than Key 🔑!!! And, Mitchy needed 5 more games and almost 100 more shifts to get there.

      I was honestly flabbergasted to see Rod send out Stanky and the boys to to matchup against their top line to start the game. The reason that line has been so effective is because they've been matched mostly against 2nd and 3rd lines all year. You've got last change. Use it to your advantage.

      Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
