Really don't think grabbing a few secondary will help as much as fixing the hole on the front line with hardy. Even with the stronger secondary as long as teams can run on us and set up 3rd and 5 or shorter. Doesn't matter with our zone d where DBS 6-10 yards off the WR. (Example pit game this year)

A big physical DE like Oakman will do more for this team than any db out there. Guys who can stop the run like hardy and set up 3rd and long for our aggressive style D is what's needed. Look at the giants that gettleman scouted for, no big name DBs but Strong line across the board like us last year.

We need to fix the holes from last year where we were successful before worrying about others. Hardy and Gross hole must be fixed before anything then the rest will fall in place

      It's crazy with how much winning was going on when we had a little cool off period that we're still just a couple games out of 6th. Moussa is getting better every week and Coby is getting comfortable. Would be nice to get to 6 but I think this team is a lot more stacked than the last couple play ins. I can't remember the exact rules but if you're 7th seed and win the first game I think you automatically move on and don't have to play the second game?

      I think it was a thing for sure. Panthers weren’t too many people’s first choice. Or 5th choice.  2022 and 2023… coaches fired mid season. Consecutive years. You want any of that?  He has definitely overseen a rehab of how the Panthers are perceived. Because we are a place that is seen as up and coming. And just the little thing of he accommodated Theilen so graciously, that gets noticed. It all adds up. Dan is doing a lot of things right, probably most things.  Needs a good draft.

      K, I think that is dumb, but you do you. I didn't find anything online that made him out to be a dislikable person. I am certain the Panthers would have cared so much if they lost your fandom if they hired Sean Payton. But bet you would have come crawling back if Sean lead us to a Super Bowl victory or Golden leads UNC to a champion ship. It is easy to say you are gonna leave a team if the hire someone you dislike when the chips are down. But people like you tend to come crawling back once the team finds success.
