I wouldn't exactly call James Willis a "good hire". He was OK at best while at Auburn and his subsequent college stops IMO.

And is it really a "good hire" considering the current anti-domestic abuse atmosphere in the NFL?

We hire 7 people. I say "good hires". And you take offense because one guy has a domestic violence history? That's rich coming from a fan in a fan base that's been so staunchly behind Greg Hardy all this time.
