Austin Hill, WR, Arizona

We feel like this is a risk worth taking with Austin Hill, having a stellar 1300 yard season as a sophomore before an acl tear keeping him out his junior year and slowing his production this past year, we feel if we can get some more work with the medical staff we can help out with bringing back some of his explosiveness. At the least we have a physical receiver with strong hands and a good blocker on the outside for Arian Foster.

With the 117th pick in the 2015 NFL Draft the San Diego Chargers select Javorius Allen, RB, USC.

Allen will be the heir apparent to the oft injured FA Ryan Mathews.

 

 

 

Allen was the workhorse for USC in 2014 and put together an excellent season. The junior averaged 5.4 yards per carry for 1,489 yards with 11 touchdowns. As a receiver, he had 41 catches for 458 yards and a score.

Allen is a physical back who has a nice burst.  Allen is a one-cut downhill runner who would fit well in a zone-blocking scheme. He has strength to him to pick up yards after contact. Allen declared for the 2015 NFL Draft.

The Philadelphia Eagles Select ILB Taiwan Jones from Michigan State. We see this as a value pick in case one of our linebackers go down. He was a solid player in college and we hope that translates to the next level for us as we prepare for life after DeMeco Ryans.

With the 124th pick in the Huddle Mock Draft the Denver Broncos select OT/OG Mitch Morse from Missouri. We're not sure if he'll play Guard or Tackle till we get him to camp, but we love Morse's combination of athleticism and power. He's light on his feet and possesses quickness to get to the second level, while still being powerful enough to bully opponents in the run game at times. Morse took over for the Seahawks second round pick Justin Britt and the Tigers really never missed a beat. We think he's got the capability to be a Left Tackle one day, but with Ryan Clady he doesn't have to be. We can bring him along slowly and let him slot in where he wins, and for the Broncos that's a great luxury. Welcome to Denver Mitch!
