What do you bench?

Currently, I rep 220 for my 3x3. I started at 185 3x3.

Now, how much your dick has shrunk over this period of time?

I don't take supplements at all. Not even creatine. Not even omega 3s.

By the way, the lower bodyfat gives the illusion of a bigger penis! Lol
