I'll say Danny riding off from the pit on Drogon since a screen cap from the pit has been shown, and it seems her story is building toward that point.  Others that I think are possible would be Cersei's walk of shame, The attack on Jon, or maybe Arya losing her sight.  Or even something not in the books.  What are y'alls opinions?

I don't read the books, but I know what happened to Jon and correct me if I'm wrong, but the books left people not knowing what happened to him, right? That's WAY more of an OMG cliffhanger than the other two.

Yeah not knowing if Jon is dead or not til the next season would be pretty huge. Idk if that's break the Internet huge. I honest have no clue where they are going to go with it. If it's as big as they are saying I can't wait regardless. I don't get all the hate for this season tbh

That might be worthy of blowing up the internet...at least for GoT fans.

​Good point, but I feel like too much else has to happen in the three remaining episodes for that to come this season.  Maybe it does, but he has to return from getting the wildlings I think.  It's also one of the last things that happens in the books.  I would guess right now that we would see it next season.  After he has some wolf dreams.

I think that little dude Pip or whatever his name is is going to either be the first or the last one to stab Jon. He's been getting WAY too much screen time to not play a big role in the stabbing. Has to be the last episode cliffhanger.

I just worry that they're going to rush through the Battle for Winterfell in the 9th episode. It hasn't even happened yet in the books (besides the WoW teaser chapters), they really need to flesh that battle out

I'm thinking the cliffhanger will be something that book readers don't know yet.

I'm pretty sure Dany's scene, Arya killing Meryn Trant, and maybe even "For the watch" happens in E9, and that E10 will be almost completely new material and have something totally crazy happen. They usually try to do major things like that in E9 from past history.

 

If I had to guess, it'd be something involving Sansa in Winterfell. It could also be them caving in and adding Lady Stoneheart.

​Meryn isn't in Bravos though is he?  He got there in the books with Sam, Gilly and Aemon IIRC.  Stoneheart could break the net though as some put it.

      this     I never cease to be amazed at the number of people who will run up their blood pressure to get to the grocery store 30 seconds faster or are racing to get to work like it won’t be there at 8:02.   The only thing I’ve ever done that I think added more years to my life besides quitting smoking, was to learn to go with the flow behind the wheel.

      The term you're looking for is "malinger(ed)", and he didn't.  I'm not sure why Panthers fans act like jaded ex girlfriends.  The dude is clearly injury prone as his time in San Fransico also proves. It's not like he got to San Fran and stopped having problems.

      My long and rambling post:   The guy is all heart, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he came back even better next year. He’s exactly the guy you lock up. The money won’t ever change the way he plays.  It was a big fumble, but what 1,000 yard back fumbles once in an entire season?  Pride. This team is FINALLY seeing guys who obviously take the game very seriously. Hunt, Chuba, Thielen, Brown, Horn (CB), Coker, Bryce (IMHO). Bye bye, Spider-Man. I don’t see these dudes being OK with teammates half-assing practice or in games. I can see Brown and Horn coming over to talk to somebody.  Good team? Ummm, maybe, but will still likely lose more close games than they win unless this last draft turns in to LOB part 2. That’s a stretch.  Pretty good/decent team. Yes. They finished the season as a pretty good team. I know I sound like a broken record harping back to it, but going in to ATL and putting a 40 burger on them en route to an OT win. A bad Panthers team would have had their brakes beaten off. We’ve seen it.  Rose colored glasses on and bonging a 40 of hopium: There are watershed moments that occur that change the course of franchises, both good and bad. If Fox doesn’t pull Rodney at halftime, the epic journey that was 2003 never happens. On the negative side, Cam taking that one hit from Watt was the end of any and all Panthers relevancy and we’ve been the biggest losers in all of pro sports as a result. Watershed moments. LOB draft. Vinny goes down and the goat is born.  Will the ATL game be the spark that this franchise has desperately needed? Could it be that they hit the mega million jackpot with Princley and Scourton as eat QBs for breakfast? Sure would be nice having 2 all-pro edge guys on the cheap for the next 4 years.  A lot of unknowns, but at least it actually feels  fun again.
