OTA info please

Recommended Posts

I posted this but I think I need a seperate topic since it's not answered. I want autographs and would like to go to OTA to get some,  also seeing the players is a huge plus.  First should I go to OTAs or wait and go to training camp.  See I always work Saturdays so for a while now I haven't been able to go to training camp easily.  Secondly if I do go to OTAs where do I Park?  Where is the field?  I've never been to the practice field before.  Also I could go Wed or Thursday, around what time should I get there?

ThanksThanks!

I went for the first time today. Got there around 11:30. Get there earlier if you want to see the players arrive. It ended at about 1:00, I got a few autographs when they left. Good place to get them. A lot of the players are pretty willing. I didnt try hard but I got Luke, Fozzy, and KB. Cam is hard because so many people ask him. I didnt even bother.

The field is right next to the stadium, look at a map and you'll see it. There's a somewhat transparent fence around it. You can go and look through it but they dont like that and if you get caught by the golf cart they'll tell you to step back lol. but they cant tell you not to stand on the sidewalk.

You can park anywhere, couple of lots nearby and a neighborhood.

where is ota's and is it open to the public?

Practice field next to the stadium. It's somewhat open to the public in that it takes place in the public, but it's fenced off with somewhat transparent fence.

    • He was so much fun to watch as a player but is a prototypical example of the old "never meet your heroes" adage. Great player, not a great guy.
    • Look.... if us BY "haters" give credit about his GWDs...... Will the BY stans also have honest discussion about the 55minutes before the last 5 in which BY has put up 9/20 for 78 yards 0 TDs???
    • The way they are handling now is how they should have handled it from the start instead of that you get a series, you a get a series. Let Chuba spell until he had some of his step back.  We definitely could have put a better showing against Buffalo and their weak run defense had we employed the same game plan we did against Green Bay. Saints were determined to stop the run and make Bryce beat them, Atlanta had similar plan and the coaches and Bryce were able to respond.  Rico although didnt have the best rushing game was vital in the passing game and his catch and run help get us into the redzone there at the end of regulation probably should have been a touchdown that out of bounds was a judgement call it wasn't conclusive and thus should have went with the original call on the field.  Roco brings that dawg to the offense that it shorely lacked up until Miami game. Interesting it was his call that help seal the win for us, glad the coaches were listening. Hope they can get a deal done and run it back next year.
