OK we've heard who's IN (CJ, KK, Wile, and *rumors* that Brandon Williams may be on the mend...)

Now for who's OUT:

Silatolu (calf) still out. Lotulelei still in a walking boot.

Not surprisingly, Teddy Williams out after his Friday concussion. Amini Silatolu still out with calf injury.

  1. Also, #Panthers brought back K/P Matt Wile; waived/injured TE Jamie Childers.

  2.

Saw #Panthers DT Star Lotulelei at lunch. Still wearing walking boot on right foot.

Here's a picture of our 3Peat Punter/Kicker just re-signed today - Matt Wile

(he was signed in May, released in June, resigned at the beginning of TC and then released when Houston retired..., now re-signed again,  Wow.  What a way to keep your life on hold...  "The life of a training camp leg")

    • well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a  LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis &  finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory  & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is    ...just saying
    • All that being the case or maybe being the case, we do not know Wharton’s timetable n the first place. They are being coy about it. Or maybe not. They say week to week the board says he is terminal lol and must be replaced. Who knows? It may or may not warrant a fairly drastic solution.  Walker is a bargain and we are not well stocked at OL despite recent investments. Freeling has yet to have a single padded practice. Too much speculation driving this plan IMO.
    • I would really love to know who’s actually making these moves because it’s weirdly vague who’s doing the hiring and firing.
