the panthers practice videos

There Some things i notice in watching these practice videos.

1 cam

When he is throwing to the wrs it looks like he is in the back yard tossing the football. Granted i know it just practice and maybe someone who goes and watches can chime in. I feel cam should take every opportunity to work on his footwork and getting the ball out quick  

2 wrs 

From the small sample video it appears they are running lazy route without emphasis on making their cuts more crisp. 

Just pointing out some things my untrained eye caught that concerns me. If this is not thread worthy sorry didnt know where to put it.

Cam does move kind of slow back there.. Derek can even appear to be more active in the pocket than Cam when you watch him play. 

 

Why is that? Idk... don't really care as long as Cam is the best option either. Just win games, or be competitive.
