Haha this may sound funny coming from me. My account doesn't show thousands of posts and its only a few years old but I blame that on not discovering this truly wonderful message board earlier (although when Igo started charging a dollar to post I slowly raises an eyebrow but I digress). Seeing as how we just beat the bangwagon fanbase of all fanbases, only one question remains: how much room do WE have on this bangwagon boys? Hahaha are we ready for the hoards?

yeah bandwagon fans become diehards with success. i became a Panthers fan in 2003. granted, it helped that i was 11 at the time with a Panther diehard father. But this fanbase has been tested these past four years. ever since Cam came here, the culture has been changing. Alot of the fans are kids or young adults. i meet alot more peer Panther fans than older Panther fans. 

long story short, the more the wins rack up, the more our young base will be cemented as permanent fans.

I listened to Jim Romes podcast talking about jumping on the bandwagon and I'm hoping for another segment from him soon after this win .. loved watching every minute of this game and the announcing was even better .. NFL rewind is getting another subscriber today !

      "by name"?  You mean they are letting him say he is retiring or stepping down? That's even more embarrassing than being fired (he basically quit) and so transparently false that the media will kill him and this university.  If this happens, I may just turn full fledge to an SMU fan since I live in Dallas now. I'm just about sick of this university's approach to basketball and football.
