Just VERY PROUD of this team

This isn't a post with a link to an article or anything like that. Like many of you, I have been a fan since the franchise's inception. We've all together enjoyed some good times and some down right horrible years.

Not enough can be said about this year's team IMHO. #KeepPounding doesn't even seem sufficient to explain how we have done up until this point in the season. I mean it does, and it's a very deep tradition, but it seems like with this group of men, it's almost not enough. To save arguing over semantics, this is a wonderful problem to have.

We've grown. Cam has grown. He has been tremendous off and on the field. He said yesterday that he didn't want to make it about him. I asked myself why the hell not? I was quickly rebuking my own thoughts as I sat there  almost dumbfounded at my own ignorance. We surely wouldn't have heard that from him at all during his first two years. Perfect high road press conference. Only thing better? His clutch performance that we all watched before our very own eyes. He made that throw that we've so often seen him miss high. What's more? He did it with Everything on the line! Unbelievable honestly. Kudos to the O-line for giving him time to make the throws.

The defense. These guys banded together for 3.5 games without the former DPOY in Luke. They found a way to dig deep and rally around and for one another. Like comes back and tallies 14 tackles one away from tying his all time record of 15 in one game. Held a premier back to under 80 yds on 17 carries. Lights out when it counted most. How about that damn Ryan DeLaire? Good golly oh HogMolly! Gettlemagic like we've never seen!

Im just proud of our guys. Through week 6 we are 5-0 with a 3 game home stand upcoming. Philly/Colts/Packers.

We're 5-0! Let that sink in. No KB? Unbelievable. Just a couple of years ago we were who the Seahawks are today. Finding ways to lose the game in every way imaginable. That's NOT US anymore. Cam was right, if we play like we did down the stretch more often we will be incredibly tough to beat with our defense as it is. Especially when teams only have 1/2 the field to throw to.

undefeated. Will we go undefeated? Most likely not, but why not enjoy this? After all, it's only the 2nd time in franchise history that we've been 5-0. We certainly have a great opportunity to do so. I'll pump the brakes, because I'm just blowing smoke, but how awesome would it be? I tell you one thing, I'd settle out if court for the Franchise's 1st Lombardi!

Speaking of which, let's go get it, let's go earn it, let's go take it!

This is truly an amazing feeling! It almost feels like a dream. Couldn't have drawn up the season better up to this point.

I've never seen our offense make a comeback like this in such a big game. We are starting to become VERY clutch and it makes winning in the 4th quarter look pedestrian for us this year. We are gaining momentum and truly are a top 4 team in this league hands down and nobody can deny that. We never quite, we are physcial, and we have one of the best rosters in years. 5-0 means we know what it's takes to win and we will carry this swagger for the rest of the year regardless of what record we finish with. We are separating from the Pack and that's what it takes to become the CHAMPS

Ask any professional athlete. It's easier to replicate that success once they've done it. There's no longer the question, can I or can we do it? No, never again for this team. Not only did they do it, but they did so in dramatic fashion in the most hostile place in all the NFL.

This will not be the last time we see such a clutch performance from our guys! You can put that in the bank

I still can't believe we gave away 2 turnovers fro 6 points, didn't get any points on turnovers ourselves, and still won the game.  4 offensive touchdowns. (3 for 3 100%) in Red Zone Efficiency.  Not how I expected we'd win!  We did what it took.

How about this... Jared Allen and CJ were at home relaxing and watching the Young Boys Hunt and feed.

DELICIOUS

Actually If what I read online was correct, CJ was there on the sidelines.  He paid out of his pocket to be there with the team, I believe.

    • If you need someone to run your multi-billion dollar business, maaayyyybe don't hire a guy whose previous work experience includes repeated blows to the head and literal brain damage but IDK.
    • Extrapolate that with every QB for that matter. I guarantee you there's quite a bit of missed opportunities and yards left on the field for everyone. Many NFL QBs deal with WRs not putting in A+ effort, subpar o-line play and other deficiencies. The great ones are able to rise above these issues and create opportunities for plays. Guys like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes can both play in and out of structure, as well as find ways to get yards when things break down and mask mistakes by throwing guys open, creating opportunities from nothing, etc. Bryce Young has only shown he's able to make things happen when the rest of the team picks up his slack. Very rarely does he create those opportunities himself. When this is a consistent pattern year after year with Bryce where he shows up lackluster, it's a concern. This is year three and he should be elevating the team as a first overall pick this franchise traded up for.  He was far from elevating anyone against JAX. In fact, he needed others to elevate and create for him. Excuses may be fine for a rookie, but this is year three for the first overall pick. Not looking good so far.
    • I think the worst issue is coaching. Countless bad snaps, XL not getting his feet in or trying on runs plays, our centre being down field when he didn't need to be. All seem to be from poor coaching for me. I believe Canales is to soft to rip the players a new one when the fug up. Plus I honestly believe that Canales is slow getting his plays in giving Bryce less time to diagnose and adjust to the defence. Don't worry I could of head butted Bryce for that fumble and the 4th down throw aways but the other plays are explainable to me
