This nfl.com writer is being sarcastic about #Bannergate, right?

My theory as to why he's valuing it that high is because the threshold between petty theft (a misdemeanor) and grand larceny (a felony) is $500, generally speaking. I don't know if the state of NC sets a monetary value amount and  I'm not a lawyer.

Used to be the item had to be over $1000 to count as felony theft in NC. Don't know if it still is.

3' x 5' is $45 plus freight and tax unless you're outside NC then no tax.

You got the art or at least an idea of what you want it to look like?  Graphics is $40 an hour.

Would be this.

Sounds perfect.

I'm outside of the USA though, BUT, you can send it to my P.O. Box that's in AZ. That wouldn't be an issue, would it?

I can skirt the logo rules if we use the Carolina Panthers name in text instead of the actual logo.

official cease and desist letters are scary.

oh and the PO box may be an issue, my vendor uses FedEx as his shipping method.  I dont think they deliver to a PO Box.

I designed it for him(Notice I made it extremely hard on the eyes). Charged $500 and just got it printed for $25 at Walmart. I made some christmas present money... He gets 15 mins.

IIRC from a couple of years ago when we caught some punks stealing stuff from a burned outbuilding behind my mom's house, the felony level is now $2000. They were loading a pickup truck with metal items to take and sale at the recycler.

Inflation, ya know.
