Well you start by firing Fox then you make Jake your $42 million backup and look for a REAL QB. This team is 3 players away from competing for a super bowl. QB, DT, and WR.

Crazy as it seems, I'd agree with you but I'd add in a true modern safety. That posistion stands as the shear weakness in our secondary in terms of pass coverage.

We've used our first round picks to bring in quality players, we haven't given them away.

You know what I mean. We didn't have a first rounder this year or next year. Otah was worth a first because he is a starter but Brown was a second round talent that isn't going to start for at least another year or more. It was a desperation move because they didn't know what would happen with Peppers.

      I’m really having a hard time understanding how this actually went down. -Renfrow expected to make roster as 2nd/3rd string. -Panthers cut Renfrow; Keep Brycen Tremayne, and add UDFA receiver (Dalevon Campbell) to active roster.  -Canales/Morgan say it’s totally up to Hunter whether he wants to come back or not, they would love to have him.    -Renfrow not signed to PS -Panthers trade Adam Thielen -Hunter Renfrow signed to active roster with a raise after an injury to Coker nobody heard about and is likely to start.    Our WR room is now: -Xavier Legette (2024 1st round pick) -Tet McMillan (2025 1st round pick) -Hunter Renfrow (1 year out of the league) -David Moore (Canales’ friend? A guy way past his prime) -Jimmy Horn (Likely a Shi Smith reprint, but has potential 2025 6th round pick, weighs 174 lbs) -Brycen Tremayne (2023 UDFA who was on Washington’s PS for 2 years and caught 1 pass for -2 yards and averaged 300 yards per year at Stanford) -Dalevon Campbell (2025 UDFA had a good preseason but had 1463 yards and 3 TDs over 5 college seasons at 3 different schools). What the hell is going on?

      Not uncommon for week 1 games. Especially against good defenses. It’s why I prefer my team play these small schools week 1 if they are going to play them. Gives the offense time to get calibrated.
