yea whats up with delaire?  i thought he was doing pretty good.  did i miss something?

Too many players, not enough jerseys.  Once CJ was healthy, and Dwan Edwards, we had a lot of Dline guys.  With Tillman out they activated Marlowe last week.  Scott Simonson got some playing time too..., so I think i just was that they couldn't keep so many DEs active.  We had Allen, Ealy, CJ, KK, Star, Love, Edwards & Addison.  No room for a 9th.

With Addison ruled out for Sunday, I would expect Delaire to be active.

Several times I heard commenters say how extraordinary it was that Carolina would sit a player like Delaire who had 1 1/2 sacks ...  "an embarrassment of riches" I think one said about our Dline.

After his awesome game against the Bucs and a pretty good game against the Seahawks, he has pretty much been invisible aside from a rare hurry here and there. He was going against a rookie OT against the Bucs and whatever turds the Seahawks trot out at OT for those games. The competition since then has been much tougher and there is tape available on him so teams can actually plan against him.

Well if we aint gonna use em, lets get soemthing for him!  But with CJ gone next year he will be nice to have

So let go of a young DE who has shown he has a great motor and great potential. No thanks. Let him earn his wings so we are forced to give him a jersey.
