Norwood has been stashed on the 53 man roster all season.  D.G wants that  6th end  pick back.  Don't play  him and keep the pick. I'm sure he knows the play book by now and if he sucked or was not getting up to speed, he would have been gone. D.G uses these late picks as barter to trade up if needed. Shrewd as a fox that man.
