Shots to Cam's Leg

Anybody saw the play when a giants player dived at Cam's feet and yet no flags were thrown. Why can't refs just do their job instead of giving partial treatment of some QBs. If that was Brady or Rodgers...some of the plays today against Cam would have been flagged.

 

I don't care if you are in you 20th season or 1st..call the game with way it needs to be called.

 

Its shameful.

The one i remember was a late low hit right before the blocked fg.  Pretty sure terry McAuley is both blind and terrible.

Refs lost complete control of the game. It's a joke.

refs talked tough at the beginning, but yeah....they lost control.

 

the giants were playing like desperate animals ready for the slaughter. they put up a really scrappy and dirty fight, but the bigger animal won. integrity goes out the window when you are desperate. i can't really blame them for the way they played. 

that doesn't mean i don't think they are a bunch of douchebags for the way they played and i don't hate them, but i can understand where they are coming from.

I feel like there are so many rules now the refs miss the obvious stuff. Almost like their brains are overloaded and under pressure. Maybe certain things should be handled specifically by the booth. Throw a couple extra guys in the booth and take it completely off the plate of the field crew.

With that said they employ a guy who only has to look out for concussion symptoms and so many concussions sneak through.

Yeah, I think the team thought the Giants were going to roll over like the fallcons did. Hopefully this will teach them to keep pounding all game... or at least 55 minutes.

And this is the greatest indictment you can put on any officiating crew.  I think the entire crew needs to go for some remedial training.

If Cam had a severe knee injury from that hit, I would have flipped and lost all sense of self.
