Not one person in the stadium or anywhere else but the Huddle is complaining about this win

Sorry I have to disagree with some of the dissenters here today - being happy about the win and not BITCHING or WHINING about what they could have done better and be ready to pick apart the team, the scheme and the coaching barely after the game is over does not equate to my not being a "true fan."

I have been a fan since they first announced the Carolinas got the franchise in Oct 1993 and went to games in Clemson before BOA existed.  I am proud of my team, happy for the win and have been a fan LONG enough to soak up and enjoy a win however way it was won.

I am glass half full and I KNOW they will correct the deficiencies and re-evaluate what did not go well tomorrow.  Are we perfect?  No but it's why they play the game and this second half was disappointing but we just played the former defending NFC champs twice in one season and BEAT them in their house and OURS.  I will take that as a huge couple of steps in our ultimate goal and look forward to next Sunday.  #KEEPPOUNDING and next up, Zona.  Time to knock some other birds out of their flight pattern and bring them crashing down to earth in BOA!

Complaints are totally valid in my opinion. No one's saying they aren't glad the panthers win.. just acknowledging the team has a serious problem that could kill them in the next game or two.

Like me I'm very glad they won. But does that mean we automaticallyd are banned from making complaints about anything because we won? The whole point of a fan forum is to be able to speak your mind, speculate, criticize, praise, whatever.

Should you be banned? No, but if your first reaction to this win was to jump on here and start yelling about Ron Rivera, you're an idiot. What kind of angry and miserly person do you have to be to do that?

You know plenty of fans have offered the solution...stop playing not to lose...but, they have no power for tthier solution to be implemented, other than voicing their displeasure of what they are witnessing.

I am absolutely positive Rivera and his coaches are not coaching "Not to lose". They are doing what they feel is best. It is the fans that are going bat poo crazy. It is hilarious that fans think they know what the coaches are doing. Too cute. Annoying as all get out. But cute.

This^^^

Panthers fans have all seen this same movie plenty of times before.

Jump out to a big lead in the first half, then the offense goes on vacation and the defense plays prevent mode hoping to run out the clock.

No lead is too big and the opposition is never put out of their misery.

One touchdown or a couple of field goals would have put the final nail in the Seahawks coffin.

Why give our opponents any hope?

I got no problem with fans criticizing. My only complaint is why that can't just have 1 thread for it. Why do they have to enter ever thread to spread there displeasure? My guess is that they want to make sure we all know they ain't happy.

So, you are saying Rivera coached to win the game in the 2nd and our players just could not muster 1 point or stop the 24 scored?

If it "annoys" you so much, there is a solution...stop reading it. Not sure what is worse, the "whining and complaining" (as some of you call it) about anything with the team...or the "whinning and complaining" about the "whinning ands complaining" when the solution is so simple...

you realize, even our QB said they played "conservative" right after the game?

Nobody's not happy we won

But when Lockett returns a kick and you can already predict the start of a meltdown, that's a problem.

And of course people are happy in the stadium lol

or they were just relieved it was over...while we still had the win...

And you do realize that Cam finished that quote with "But you have to trust the coaches"? Context, it's a wonderful thing.

Some folks think our team imploded after the first qtr, but the truth is that all we needed to do was protect the football and let the clock run out.

It was also instrumental in keeping our remaining players healthy. No need to risk injury to our skill players to make plays against that secondary when we already had the game wrapped up.

It wasnt pretty, but we are better prepared for Arizona because of it.

Don't think anyone said the team "imploded" (the players were handcuffed by the coaches) but a game of Russian Roulette was just played...and we HAPPENED to get out of it, this time.

Besides, slacking off is a primetime to get someone hurt...especially, when it is time to flip the switch. Hawks got some penalties that played into that, as well.
