Broncos Fans Saying We Aren't Ready For this Stage

We've beaten literally every team on our schedule . If we win the super bowl that means we literally beat EVERY SINGLE TEAM we played on the way to winning a world championship. We exit with the Lombardi this better be the quietest offseason ever from haters unless they have something positive to say.

What is Kubiak's SB experience? Rivera has a ring as a player, and also was D coordinator in CHI when they lost to Peyton's Colts.... Riverboat won't let this one slip away....

i agree with the sentiment that DEN has no idea what's coming. They have a chance, only cause they're playing, outside of that its looking bleak........ Keep pounding.....

He was the OC of the previous Bronco super bowl wins.

They do kind of have a point though. After all, they were getting blown out in Super Bowls before the Panthers ever existed.

In all seriousness though, this Broncos team has never faced a running attack like the Panthers will put out there. Cam is not going to sit back there and throw the ball 45 times like Brady did.

Most point's ever in an NFC Championship game.  Cam Newton 4 TD's......Defense 6-7 Turnovers against the Number 1 NFL Rated Offense.....can't even remember it was so many.   We just made absolute fools of the team that everyone thought was going to win the SB the last few weeks and these clowns think we are just going to roll over and die for Manning to win another SB.  When will these teams learn?

Refs will help manning

Gotta be honest, I'm worried about Denver's pass rush, especially on the ends. But the Panthers are playing at such a level that Denver might not be able to keep up with anyway. If Carolina goes up 24-0 the Broncos are probably going to start to self destruct.

Their pass rush is worrisome but I trust in Shula to come up with a good game plan to counteract that...besides Cam is money when throwing against the blitz.

Broncos delayed the Patriots from receiving their comeuppance until SB51.

For disrupting the ordained schedule of the Carolina Panthers Revenge Tour Denver will have to pay the ultimate price...

another record setting SB humiliation.

This time at the hands of the Panthers.

Remember. Denver and Von Miller embarrassed Cam and company in 2012, so they're do to.

Have we faced a team that likes to play man most of the game this season?

I see this as an advantage for Carolina.

I expect Denver to mix things up though.

Yeah; Arizona.

I'm sure where were others when you think about it.

However, most don't play man to man all the time.

Denver Fan here.

First I would like to say congrats to getting to the Super Bowl.

Now on to my 2 cents.

Could this be a blowout yes, if Denver “D” does not play well, and the Broncos offense goes 3 and out and does not move the ball to at least change field position.

I am not looking at offence strictly looking at the defense dictating the other team’s offence. Now on to what I really think. I think Wade Phillips and the Broncos D will sale out and force Cam to beat them with his arm, if they do that I give the edge to Denver’s D over Carolinas O

As for Carolinas D they will do the same against Denver force Manning to beat you throwing which he just can’t do anymore.  Edge Carolinas D over Denver’s O

Special teams—kicking edge equal, Returning—edge Carolina

With this Carolina wins the game close game but pulls ahead late because they will cause a turnover on D and will stop the run on Denver, I don’t see Manning being able to beat them on his own.  Denver’s D will be worn out by the 4th with the lack of Denver being able to move the ball consistently.

Carolina 27

Denver 17

However, the x factor for Denver to win is to Have Zero turnovers and Cause turnovers, if Denver does this they have a shot at winning it would be close but this IMO is how the only way they can win the game.  If this happens.

Denver 24

Carolina 21

Good Luck..

    • It is a tough decision.  There is another factor.  Is he in game shape?  A tired Hunt is not better than an "in-shape" Corbett.  When coming off an injury, it is natural to want to protect the injured area, even if it is completely healed.  This can cause you to contort your body for no reason, lose fundamentals, and it could lead to other injuries.  For example, I had a knee in high school that required getting taped.  That made me aware of the knee (not used to tape on my knee) and I pulled my groin (favoring or dragging the leg with the tape).  The trainer explained the groin injury the way I do here--but scared money makes no money.  If he is cleared to play, he is cleared to play.  Watch him, rotate him in for a series, etc.  Specifically, I would want to watch the matchup--who is winning more--Corbett or Hunt?  How is the defense reacting (if at all) to Hunt being in?  Etc.
    • Shannon was sued for $50 million (settled out of court, I believe) for forcing sex on his girlfriend during a two-year relationship.  He denies it, but ESPN let him go last April.  Chad Johnson's wife filed a police report because he head-butted her in a car and was put on probation. I had to google it.  I watched the Ray Rice video and when you see it, you realize just how vile and cowardly abusing a woman really is.  But for the same point Aussie tried to make, these women are defenseless, and being phyiscally bigger and stronger does not validate your actions.   I can't even stand to watch Steve Smith.  I can't normalize this kind of behavior--again, I do not think R-P had that in mind when he posted this.  When the reason was exposed, we should realize that we are talking life (quality of) and death (in some cases) here.
    • I can respect the fact that we should not glorify or normalize men who have a history of beating women.  I do not think anyone was thinking of that when they posted this, but if head-butting your wife and unconsensual sex (rape) is something you cannot overlook, I agree with that.  I think they are both half-crazed attention hounds regardless of their pasts.
