As one or two have already said, "Deadwood" is worth a watch. Possibly my favorite show of all time. I think I've watched the whole thing at least twice.

If you have Netflix, "Bloodline" is great. Also, if you liked Sopranos, "Lillehammer" is pretty good (also Netflix original)

If you can get Cinemax (via cable, Showsday, whatever), check out "The Knick". It's a show about the Knickerbocker hospital in NYC in the early 1900's. Clive Owen is the main character. It's really good if you like things like opium addiction and seeing old crazy medical technology fail constantly.

Deadbeat on Hulu is a pretty good binge show.  Not a lot of thought put into it, either [versus a GoT-type show].
