i am looking at a similar concept underway in greensboro. revolution mill is a giant ass turn of the century mill that's being refitted as a huge event center/office space, mostly tailored towards creative and entrepreneurial industries. i'm hoping to be able to rent a tiny ass office there and go to town.

You can get some good stuff on their for fairly cheap ($5.00+ or so). Logos, websites, branding..etc.

they did the cover of the novel i released last month... fairly terribly i might add, but it was five bucks
