Bradberry was going in 3-4 round, a lot of teams and scouts had him in the top10 corners in the draft with a higher grade then media sites gave him. 

 

Worley was a slight reach, but if they had him graded similarly to Bradberry then so what. He was expected to go in the late 4th early 5th. 

 

Both are fantastic fits and extremely athletic and talanted, just need technique refinement.

Other teams are competing too. And while none of this happens without Rivera and Newton, Gettleman deserves a lot of credit too.
