Horton is pretty good for a 4th or 5th option at DE. He's got size, good vs the run and gets you 2 or 3 sacks a year when he has been active all season. He has starting experience.  He's cheap. What exactly do yall expect of a 5th DE? How can you complain about a guy like that?
