-Ginn over Funchess makes sense to me. The guy had 10 TDs last year and just him being on the field makes DBs back up which opens up the entire field

Ginn over Funchess doesn't even mean anything.

The VAST majority of our plays use 3 WR, 1 TE, and 1 RB.  Only in a double TE set would we go with 1 WR and in that kind of set Funchess is likely to be chosen over Ginn anyway for his size.

This is serious business. A billion dollar organization. Everyone should understand what it takes to win a SB. If the team takes the field with this kind of attitude, then the season will be another failure.

More chuckles this morning! You're hilarious! Thanks for starting my day on a funny note

I know we're supposed to read too much into this, and as Igo said, it's made by a bunch of assistants, etc. But looking at where McClain is on that depth chart is just ouch.

He's behind three rookie corners, and a guy who's been hurt and on the PUP, as a fifth year player, and after filling in as starter late last year. If that's not disrespect, I don't know what is... well, sad too, pretty damn sad.

Norwood has only been around 2 years and was a 4th round pick who's 6'2" with 4.48 combine measured speed. I watched the last 3 practices and was more impressed by Norwood than either Hill or Garrett and Norwood spent time with the first team. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see him on the 53 ahead of Bersin, Hill and Garrett. If we keep 5, I'd bet on KB, Funchess, Ginn, Brown and Norwood. If 6, I'd add Byrd.

Yeah they brought him in late in the season because they knew if they had to line someone up he would make do was my impression. That speaks poorly of Bersin. . or was he injured at the time. Dont remember.

Sad to hear about Hill but im content at wideout.

Fun Fun actually came on pretty strong last year once things got rolling.   I think people often forget what a good rookie season is...if a guy doesn't have an abnormally great one.  Fun Fun was just as good as Shaq in reality as a rookie IMO.

also, don't forget...this isn't a real depth chart.  It is the PR/Marketing one....not the coaches.  Ron has stated as much before.

He did "ok" at the tail end, nothing worth catapulting him to the number 2.

The last thing we need is two slow WR on the outside, like 2014.
