Are they really that stupid that they thought the 2016 version of the Saints was going to be any different from last year? Loved how they blamed Ryan for their sorry defense and now it sux even worse.

This argument is so entirely terrible. Our defense has sucked, yes, but Allen hasn't had a fair shot either. Injuries have decimated the unit. 

Since preseason, the Saints have lost 3 corners, a linebacker, 2 DTs, and our SS. That's not counting the other 2 corners in camp and DE in minicamp. 

Imagine, if you will, losing KK, Star, Shaq, Bradberry, Mcclain, Coleman, and another corner, all since preseason. Then imagine having lost CJ and another 2 corners in mini and training camp. Now, in no way am I saying that the players we lost are on some of those guys level. Your defense is much better, even with the entire Saints team healthy, but I'm just trying to give you an idea about what that side of the ball has dealt with, so far. 

Literally, over half the defense has missed at least one game. All of them missed the Falcons game. I don't see any way to over come that. Could the depth be better? Of course. But any teams production will struggle with this amount of injuries, especially a unit with a low ceiling to begin with.

I would certainly agree about expectations. I expected 7-9 or 6-10, so 0-3 is pretty meh. Only dissappinting part is I feel like we could very easily be 2-1, much like yall.
