This team has serious problems and it's not talent. They may win 3 more games at this rate but it's going to be a push.

I honestly think a shake up has to occur, even if it's just a scapegoat move. 

This offense has been stagnant since the super bowl.

In hindsight I honestly think we went with Shula not only as the safe bet but also so we wouldn't have to worry about replacing OC year after year I mean think about it CHUD got a freaking HC job off of Cam if he could just think what an adequate OC would be able to do imagine if we would've went Hue Jackson Cam would've probably lit it up again two years later boom HC job kind of like how he did in Cincy and now is HC in Cleveland only thing is for some reason our front office do any seem to know how to deal with adversity until forced to so maybe they need to sike themselves out and fire Shula and force themselves to be better
