I'd love for you to explain how.

Bonus points if you can do it without a "well actually" or being passive-aggressive (good luck)

Well actually, either you flunked basic math or your knowledge of how many games are played in an NFL season is a tad lacking.

You can clarify which it is.

Yes, a poster who has been on here since 2009 doesn't know how many games there are in a season.

Or stay with me here (it's not easy)

He's telling people who will still think we're good when there's still games left to be played

also

actually

We can't be 2-14 in December. The season ends in January. I said "December." Your basic knowledge of our schedule is lacking.

@Mr. Scot I will spell this out in as remedial a manner as possible.

1. We have a record that is not good.

2. You are what your record says you are.

3. Our record is not good.

4. We as of now are not good.

5. Our fans are still holding on to the belief that we are good.

6. We are eight weeks into the season (don't try to strawman this -- you know what I mean)

7. Fans still think we are good.

8. It is distinctly possible that delusional fans will still believe we are good even if we are IN DECEMBER approaching a 2-14 season.

9. Approaching a 2-14 season means you might be 2-13.

10. We cannot be 2-14 in December. We can however be 2-13 in December.
