Historical win percentage post Halloween

Just to entertain the idea of playing better right after Halloween, I looked at our record before and after Halloween for all seasons under Rivera and Co, and what here's what I found:

If you don't take into account the 2015 freak season, we are 11 - 25 (and a tie) before Halloween since 2011 (31% Win Percentage), and 22 - 11 right after (67% Win Percentage).

But like any other statistics, you have to take everything in consideration. So including the 2015 season, we are 17 - 25 Pre-Halloween (40% Win Percentage) and 31 - 12 Post-Halloween (72% Win Percentage)

So wtf are you saying iBBB? Statistically, we should win 7 of the next 10 games this season (although technically the next game is not after Halloween)

Part of the reason for the slow starts is having to work with new guys and rookies to learn the job which takes at least  8 games. Our good start last year was having veterans as critical positions who played well out of the gate few injuries and a favorable early schedule. This year we went back to having untrained guys in critical positions, injuries and a tougher schedule. Hopefully we get a repeat of 2013 and go on a big  winning run. Obviously not 12-4 but how about at.least 9-7.

    • Yeah and Phil Snow has the second best defense in the league 😄 I'm reminded of 2015 where we used to build up huge leads in the first half just to wind up winning by less than a single score because our second half performance stunk. We built up some pretty good rushing stats over an early stretch in the year. Didn't really help us against the Saints though, or in some of our other losses. Hell, go back and look at past Super Bowl winners. Is it always the team that's ranked first in one category or another? After all, stat rankings always tell you who the best team is, right? 🤔
    • Didn’t say it does, Scot.  But as I pointed out earlier, most of the negativity in this thread is due to one of two reasons: 1) Guys that don’t want anyone competing with or taking the starting gig from their boy Bryce. or  2) Guys who dislike/hate Deion and Shedeur.     Again, statistically, there are no grounds to pick Bryce as a starter over another QB over the last three seasons.  And statistically, what Shedeur is doing as a rookie is impressive thus far, whether he was Deion’s son or not.  So if it’s not statistics and the eye test, then why are people so fired up about it?  The tells are there.
