Oh my dang gah. Just quit man. You're making a fool out of your self. Nonsense is your middle name.

You should take your own advice homie. You haven't added anything other than your opinion to this discussion as fact. It's in NFL history that new regimes don't usually keep the previous regimes guys. Did you not see how this team was gutted?

Nah but you're right, I should stop...talking to you. Ignorance is your middle name for sure.

Yea Ivan the greatest of all dummies. I know new regimes like to take their QB. But, Hurney had two other QBs (Locker and Gabbert) to go with Cam. Not just that like I said earlier there were about 5 other non quarterbacks they were seriously looking at. Hurney was smart enough to pick the right QB. Go look in that draft particularly in the 1st. If you weren't drafting a QB not named Cam newton, you still hit the jackpot. That draft was loaded.

Your best excuse is that Hurney drafted Cam bc of the wildcat. Lol. LMFAO. That's def doesn't sound like legitimate football knowledge. Def sounds like your stupid "opinion".

Your reading comprehension is horrid man. Cam was better than both of those other QB's you mentioned, EVEN BACK THEN...again. Your football knowledge leads me to believe you' don't know squat. It's literally sad.

You pinpoint on one thing I said and All of a sudden that's all there is too it. You're a fuging idiot man. Plain and simple. You're even using hash tags, what the fug are you a 15 year old pubecent punk or something? Listen, do us all a favor and go back to watching your jersey shores and let the actual adults discuss football.

Disagree.  15 years ago if a guy routinely missed weeks for a concussion people (message board types) would be all over him.  There was no protocol like today.  Guys suited up the next week and there own health was disregarded by them and the team.

Luke has been practicing.  15 years ago he would have been expected to play.

Concussions simply are handled different today by all parties.  That can't be argued really.  Can't claim people would be cool with Luke sitting 15 years ago because literally no one cared vs today's environment.

That doesn't change anything.  dan morgan had concussions once every 4 weeks and no one called him soft.  If Luke played in that era he would have played hurt too due to that being the expectation.  Why would he be called soft again?  You're assuming Luke couldn't play through it if we allowed it?

    • Damn I liked A'Shawn too. This is basically a heads up we're planning on cutting you move.  Robinson wasn't the best but I loved his attitude and effort on the field. He held that entire dline together when Brown went down iirc..granted we finished that season as the worst rushing defense in modern NFL history.  If Wharton would have performed up to atleast half of his salary last season, I'd feel a little better about it. We do need that cap space though.
    • 13. Carolina is coming. The Panthers are well thought of around the league. Their "process" seems sound. I think their off-season will be very interesting to keep an eye on. They made the playoffs, but they're not yet knocking on the door. (Offense was 26th in EPA/play.) I think it's imperative they don't overestimate where they are in their build. They can't throw a ton of money around in FA to "make a run now". They need to be intentional about building a solid foundation. (IMO) And from what I know about the team... I think they will be. Sidenote: I have my eye on offense there, not defense. They HAVE to leave next season with a strong opinion on Bryce Young. They need to put pieces around him to do that. Can't be left wondering what he would have looked like with "better OL play" or "more pass catchers". They have to know. (That part is purely my opinion. No one told me that.) https://x.com/lindsay_rhodes/status/2027212533417869499?s=46&t=xeIgh_-Vr2aKxBkBJdfnKA
    • Because this DL is completely reliant on Brown being available and being a stud. Without him we were the worst D in history. The Wharton signing last year reeked of desperation. He just isn't a great fit for us schematically and I think we panicked a little bit when we missed out on Milton Williams who would have been a great fit.
