I'm glad you admit that it doesn't take a genius to realize what winning and losing does to a season. Glad we got that out of the way. (pats your head) Good job junior.

Point stands, make a fg here and there, they're in the playoffs.

He's a joke..  He'll fit in well with the rest of em

The speed on offense is fine. Could be better, but it is not the issue.

The issue is having a stable of WRs that have lesser odds than a roulette table in Vegas. Trusting KB, Ginn, Funchess, and Brown with 100% of your season pass attempts to WRs in every critical situation is like flying a plane with faulty engines and hoping you can bring it down safely in a major storm.

When Brenton Bersin has the best hands of any WR on the team and he only sees 1 target all season, then you have issues with the way the front office has built the team.

Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers would go ballistic on their WR corps if they had KB, Ginn, Funchess and Brown. They would likely demand at least 1 WR with reliable hands.

The Panthers need at least 1 WR with great hands that will be on the field in every critical passing down. The Panthers need 2 OTs who can pass block well for at least 3 seconds on their own without sitting in the lap of Newton when they finally lose control of their defender. The Panthers need a back up RB with good hands who can present a passing threat on 3 down and reliably threaten a defense between the tackles on 1st and 2nd down to change up/spell Stewart.

That is all the Panthers need on offense, and they have had the opportunities to get all of that the past 3 off seasons. Hopefully, they do not miss big again this off season. The Panthers could easily trade down in the draft and address the RB, WR, and OT.early.

Offensive team spped is an issue. Stewart has slowed as well as Cam.....and we haven't even talked about the rest of the offense.

It is the same way all teams have been ranked and defined for years. Once you are running the ball you go from a defensive or special teams player to an offensive player and the yards or points are included in the total. Our offense was a juggernaut and put up the most points in our short history. You can nit pick if you want but our offense was efficient and potent last year. I have no idea why supposed Panther fans always have to turn anything positive into a negative.

Points scored is a misleading metric for assessing performance of an offensive unit. A more accurate one like offensive DVOA would have us ranked 8th. Which isn't bad. Just not first and far from being a "juggernaut."

If that is the definition you want to utilize for what an offense is, then we are having a different conversation. Just know what your definition is not the traditional one that is used in regular conversation.

You obviously haven't been here long or you would know that we are a defensive team with offense being an after thought. This was our best offense ever and was number 1 in points per drive which is a stat related to winning games. DVOA is some made up stat created to promote their site. Frankly I have never seen a game won on DVOA or total yards or yards per play or any of the stats drug out by posters to try and discount our offense last year. I do think points for versus points against is the only stat that matters. We were number 1 in points scored and point differential . That is how I talk about winning and losing in regular conversation. Plus you have to talk both sides of the ball as few if any teams can load up on both sides of the ball. So offense and defense work in tandem.

Y'all know me, I go out of my way to be flexible and democratic.

The original post, as well as the insinuation, is 100 percent bad. In my opinion, it is one of the worst I've seen in a while, and for those that are trying to jump on the bandwagon to use it as a vehicle for dogging out Funchess, you should be ashamed.

See top dawg!! Philly gonna be a hall of famer because he's not big! It's obvious!
