Jermaine Kearse is not better than Funchess... look at statistics. Younger and better measurables.  It doesn't really matter funchess or Kearse. Unfortunately it's on Shula on how to use them.

"measurables" Well then let's go trade all our draft picks for Cordarelle Patterson the measurables king

How long does Greg Olsen, Jonathon Stewart, Thomas Davis, Ryan Kalil, Julius Peppers, Charles Johnson, have to play at a high level, do they have forever to wait for Funchess to become a viable option opposite Benjamin so that the Panthers can have a more balanced passing attack.

Ted Ginn did what Funchess did in 1 season , he must not understand football schemes

It's not an either/or proposition. Players come and go in the NFL and many of them never get a ring. It has been that way since before either of us were ever born.

Ted Ginn was good here and sucked everywhere else. That's what I get. I sure as hell know that Byrd is not about to overtake Funchess as the #2. Only you would make a claim like that.

I'm claming that Samuel will be #2 who is far more talented that Ginn and will put up about same #'s

Byrd will likely be #3/4 behind CMC

Funchess will likely be #4/5

P.S. It's called speed / separation ok?

Wtf are you seriously talking about. You said "what window?" Now he just told you and your response is players "come and go".

Do you know what's going on in here?

Dude, you crack me up. Samuel has barely practiced or played. They're not about to make him the #2 anytime soon. I'm sure he will make some plays though.

Yo we didn't draft him in the 2nd round to ride the bench he was drafted to be Funchess replacement, when you have speed and hands you will have easier time transitioning.  Just look what Tyler Lockette did in Seattle vs Funchess did for Panthers in their rookie years.
