Ted Ginn was good here and sucked everywhere else. That's what I get. I sure as hell know that Byrd is not about to overtake Funchess as the #2. Only you would make a claim like that.

It's not an either/or proposition. Players come and go in the NFL and many of them never get a ring. It has been that way since before either of us were ever born.

I'm claming that Samuel will be #2 who is far more talented that Ginn and will put up about same #'s

Byrd will likely be #3/4 behind CMC 

Funchess will likely be #4/5

Dude, you crack me up. Samuel has barely practiced or played. They're not about to make him the #2 anytime soon. I'm sure he will make some plays though.

Yo we didn't draft him in the 2nd round to ride the bench he was drafted to be Funchess replacement, when you have speed and hands you will have easier time transitioning.  Just look what Tyler Lockette did in Seattle vs Funchess did for Panthers in their rookie years.

If we were even thinking about trading for Kearse, your going to have to give up either Byrd or Samuel's roster spot. Or both.

No way Samuel starts the season as the #2 after missing damn near the entire offseason. 

If we're lucky, he will have risen to the #2 spot by the end of the season but I'm not holding my breath. He's really raw and he needed that offseason work.
