Lol McNair started for his team for 11 years. 9 of those with the team that drafted him, but whatever. I guess we will just ignore Culpepper, McNabb and Campbell. It's easiest to blame it all on racism. Oh and Leftwich was a 7th overall pick by the way.

Anyway, I wasn't the one who who said Cam isn't focused. That's speculation after all. But someone holds that opinion and it doesn't make him a racist.

You could just look at his Instagram account. Personally I think his focus use to be 90-100% on football and now it is lower than that. Don't blame the guy since he has a ton of sponsorships, fashion stuff, and family now to deal with.

I will say that I think Cam's drop in production is on the shoulder injury rather than his commitment/focus.

The main subject was quarterbacks loyalty to football and their craft as a player being questioned based on absolutely nothing but gossip on message boards. You intentionally veered away from that and went off on this tangent trying to list off every black quarterback in history. Which kind of looks like a blatant desperate response to justify ARSEN's initial borderline statement.

Anyone realize how good Matt Ryan got over the last 2 years?  Well, 2 years ago Ryan spent 7 months training with specialty trainers to improve his footwork, release and add more power to his throwing arm so he can throw with more zing.  I read the things he did... it was hardcore...  From early am to late pm... film study and everything else.  Do we still call Matt Ryan a noodle arm?  Nope...

I think you're approaching a broader discussion overall in regards to athletes and social media and what they choose to share.

But using it to question loyalty or heart is when you start entering really murky waters. Especially when discussing a QB who has had a target on his back since before he was even drafted because...reasons.

Anyway, I agree. Though Cam does definitively need some time to hone his skills. He didn't get that in the offseason. So here we are.

Cam simply isn't a drop back QB, never has been. His issues go beyond injury. His field vision, accuracy, and decision-making have been poor. 

The fact that Cam only threw 2 passes in preseason is a major reason our offense is struggling. There was no time for our "new" offense to come together. 

Curtis Samuel has 4 catches for 15 yards this season, Russell Shepard didn't have a catch today and Damiere Byrd has 0 catches this year.
