6-3 and would be 8-1 with just the smallest amount of adequate coaching. This team is winning games in spite of coaching, not because of it.

Got it we win it’s in spite of coaching lose and it’s because of coaching. Got it  maybe it’s 2 different teams the players and the coaches, are they 2 different records as well are the coaches 1-2 and the players are 6-0 or how does that work?? Or is the Carolina Panthers 6-3?? I’m confused..  And how many organizations do you think would even consider firing a coach of a 6-3 team.  I can think of a few organizations that would kill for that record. 2 of them are in our division.

Nah, most coaches would kill for a healthy Cam....run, throw, with all kinds of options.   You're making too much of this.  Just stop playing to lose with 12 minutes left in the game.  Let Cam throw, run and the keep the pressure.  Our solid D deservers better than a Julio Jones dropped pass from potentially losing the game.

Let’s roll around in it together holding hands and singing sweet Caroline. NO!! Let’s fire the entire coaching sounds like a plan. You guys are funny I love it. Complain when we lose complain when we win. Now I know why Charlotte went blue I guess. Keep up the good work Coach!!!

that's because you are confusing.

coaching has been holding the players back. If today didn't make you see that, then you are lost.

Not true.  Cam was rusty, still is to a degree and lost his primary target.   Shula and team are now just figuring out how they wanna use the new talent....that was not going to happen overnight.  Still they need to be less conservative with a lead.

Yeah the mark of a good coaching staff is not figuring out how best to utilize its talent until week 9.

Not at all.  They know the team is built around the defense so the conservative offense will keep you in the game.  For instance, the Bears game, it was turnovers that lost that game....some were kind of unusual.  I think that game was the reason KB is gone...they had to force Cam to get the ball to CMC....Cam is always going to full yardage.   They're making wholesale changes in the offense...it's not Cams offense but CMCs offense.   I think they traded KB for that very reason....Cam didn't quite get that point, now he does.

...as Cam goes.... so do the Panthers...he won that game inspite of the coaches....shouldn't have to battle the falcons and those two nimrods on the sidelines...

So bye this very tired and over used excuse. Whoever scores first should win every game?  And if they lose after I don’t know say a 10-0 lead they just didn’t battle hard enough??  And if they do battle back to make it a game at the end which one battled harder the winner or the loser? Or win or lose just stick with the same narrative until we get a change regardless of outcome?

Nah, they traded KB because he's a mood swinging drama queen headcase who also has motivation issues. I was told this directly from a panthers employee who has worked for the team since 1995.

Well, that didn't help but still hearsay.  I also think the byproduct was CMC....basically, Cam, get that man the ball, win or lose.

Yeah ultimately but I believe him. We talked about a lot of things from Gettleman and Hurney to black helmets and JR and the Rooneys connections etc. It was a few hour convo and hes someone who would know.

Cool, but its actually gonna force Cam to depend on CMC...that will make Carolina a playoff contender if he doesn't get hurt.

    • Went to school in MD when this came out. Dance floor got CRAZY when this joint came on!
    • They had best show out in Week 1 there are zero,I mean zero,  excuses for that offense  defense, haven’t play together yet and they still have Mr Soft and Predictable as DC  I expect break downs at times  …but that offense returns all starters except Tremble and both Mayes and Brady are veterans and can play LG and know the system not up for any participation awards this season they can save that practice energy for Jacksonville.     I’m sick of the, winning,  or looking competitive, when it doesn’t matter.
    • There are some tough decisions that I'm eager to see the results of... Does Blackshear sneak on to the roster as RB4? Does the team go with 4 TEs or just 3 again? And has Mitchell Evans done enough to defend his roster spot from James Mitchell? Who is WR6 and is there a WR7? TMac, XL, Coker, and AT seem to be locks imo and I'm assuming Renfrow also makes it due to all of the camp praise. Who makes it between Brycen Tremayne, Jimmy Horn Jr, and David Moore? If the team goes with 7 WRs, which one of those three doesn't make it? Jacolby George and Emani Bailey both have not gotten a lot of game time. Could the Panthers be trying to hide them so that they can be stashed on the PS? Do they go with 10 OL instead of 9? Who makes it out of Walton, Carter, and Kingston? DL locks are DB, BB3, ARob, and Turk. That leaves Jaden Crumedy, Cam Jackson, Sam Roberts, Shy Tuttle, and LaBryan Ray all competing for the final 1 - 3 spots. Does DJ Johnson get IR'd and Thomas Incoom make the roster as EDGE5? What in the fuuuuuuuuuuuuck is going to happen at LB? Only locks seem to be Wallace, Rozeboom, and Cherelus (Wallace has mentioned in media how Cherelus has been big bro for him on the team). Rhattigan had some good moments against Houston, Martin-Scott is an SC guy, Krys Barnes has popped on defense and on special teams, and Windmon got time starting for the team last season. Are two of those guys going to make it or are the Panthers poaching from another team's cuts? CB5... who is it? Do they go with the 4 expected safeties or bring in a 5th? Has Ransom done enough to take the start from Nick Scott?
