The problem is the coaches trying to get cute with CAP instead of just straight up handing the ball to him. None of this option run, sweep toss bullshit. When they actually hand it off to him, he does well.

Are you saying that our offensive coaches don't know what they're doing?

Jesus yes and hopefully more layerd routes!

Yes I don’t understand why a top ten rb doesn’t more than 6 carries a game. Could it be they don’t believe he will effective with 15 carries? Then did they draft him number 8 only for his receiving ability? Hmm

You're familiar with our coaching staff, right?

Cap is a practice squad player. His one good carry, that defense backed off watching for a big play.

as I said with him in there nobody cares.

stewart in there everybody cares, they bring maximum attention and it opens up throwing opportunities and play action.

cap can’t carry Stewart’s pads let alone be considered even half as good.

fozzy is better than Cap.

As to Artis-Payne, yes he had one really good carry, but not much after that and problems with the handoff.

No runningback that's been in the league as long as he has should still be having trouble with handoffs.

The dropped toss was 100% on CAP. The other I'm not so sure it was CAP's fault. Looked like a read option where Cam tried to give it to him too late and he wasn't even expecting it at that point as he thought Cam was keeping. Would have to look at it again though.

Just now, Mr. Scot said:

Not yesterday it wasn't.

Newton is not a bad quarterback, but I'm not sure how anybody could objectively say he didn't have a bad day yesterday.

That’s for sure. Where he goes the team goes. When he’s a Wentz we win, when he’s a Foles we lose.
