What is $100M ? Aren't they saving money by moving from Cali to Nevada? Don't they get taxpayers to build them a stadium? People deserve to get paid. Else, these owners take the money to their graves.

All coaches should stop working for less than $8-$10M per year.

I remember those Raider teams under Gruden. They were an offencive power offensive Powerhouse.

The only reason they didn't win the Super Bowl they were in, was because Gruden was on the sideline for the other team.

Gruden's passion for coaching is pretty much unequaled. It's going to be very good to see him on the sidelines again. And good for the Raiders.
