Teddy's greatest strength isn't his mobility or his athletic ability. Air Croyell is a worse fit for Teddy than Cam because Teddy's armstrength is very average. He's more of a WCO kind of guy. Good quick release with short to intermediate accuracy.

This.  I mean Cam has always been a perfect fit for it.    Teddy fits a dink and dunk. 

Norv wasn't the problem in Minny.  You bring in a OC who specializes in X and you bring in a QB who fits literally the opposite O....and the marriage ain't gonna work.  Some coaches simply do what they do.

Cam needs to be under center more for our run plays(FB usage), to set up more play action, and to facilitate him rolling out of the pocket....

Okay, forget Norm... even you like the hire and think he is a difference maker (which he clearly is not based upon his track record the last 20 years), why not hire an OC to take advantage of what the offense already does well?  The Panthers should be looking for a Kyle Shanahan type hire. Somebody who can take advantage of situational play calling to utilize the speed of Samuel, CMC, and Cam to exploit the edges of a defense in situational play calling. Even if you think Norm is the greatest OC of all-time, this team is not talented enough to run a system that depends on so many moving parts. It's strength is athleticism and quickness centered around how Cam stresses the defense.
