Here is a write up from a Titan perspective:

Wilks is a strong candidate and will almost certainly be a head coach soon. I find him very intriguing, especially if he can bring DeFilippo with him as his offensive coordinator. If the Titans decide to go with a defensive coach, it would be hard to do better than this guy.

Let’s say he does get hired, who do you think we will bring in? Is Del Rio a real possibility?

Far as I know, he's got no history with Del Rio, but that wouldn't necessarily stop him if he thought Del Rio were a good candidate.

We know he wants DeFilippo as his OC.  McGaughey is now available for special teams, though he might be linked to the Giants.

He's worked with Chudzinski before, so he could look at him as an OC if he didn't get DeFilippo (or as a QB or TE coach if he did). Wade Wilson would be an option for QB Coach as well.

Defense?  He could ask for permission to take Eric Washington or Al Holcomb with him but the team could block those interviews if they wanted.  If he didn't get those guys, he could look at his old colleague Bob Babich (currently the LB Coach in Buffalo).

Other options: Two of his former players, Chris Harris and Ricky Manning, are coaching in Los Angeles and Seattle respectively.  His old assistant DB coach Gill Byrd is coaching in Buffalo too.

And who knows? He could also try to coax Peanut Tillman into giving coaching a try.

I forgot about Harris that would be interesting. Holcomb would be a great hire as well. What about on our end for DC? Any ideas?

Well, if Wilks leaves, it's probably Washington.  If Wilks takes Washington, it's probably Holcomb.

Seriously doubt we'd look at anybody outside.
